Jack Thompson

Hi there! My name is Jack Thompson, a 36-year-old scuba diving enthusiast based in beautiful San Diego, California.

Growing up near the ocean, I’ve always felt a deep connection to the water and its captivating allure. My love for scuba diving started in my early twenties, and since then, I’ve had the privilege to dive in various locations around the world. I hold multiple diving certifications, including PADI Advanced Open Water Diver and Rescue Diver.

I work as a software engineer in San Diego, which keeps me busy during the week. But my true passion lies beneath the ocean’s surface, where I spend my weekends exploring local dive sites or traveling to experience some of the world’s most breathtaking diving destinations such as the Great Barrier Reef, the Red Sea, and the Galápagos Islands.

Through this blog, I hope to share my personal experiences, knowledge, and love for scuba diving with you. My aim is to provide engaging stories and informative articles that inspire others to dive into this incredible hobby and discover the wonders of the underwater world.

So, whether you’re a seasoned diver or just starting out, I hope my experiences will ignite your curiosity and help you embark on your own underwater adventures. Welcome to my world of scuba diving, and let’s explore together!
